Alliana Smirnova, an attourney and senior level legal and business professional, founded Concordia ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution Center) driven by her passion for practicing as a mediator and arbitrator. A senior-level legal and business professional, Alliana specializes in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, energy, investments, and commercial matters, as well as family law and international divorces.
Throughout her international legal career, Alliana has tackled complex issues in investments, banking, construction, shipping, intellectual property, civil law, contractual matters, taxation, and real estate. She has provided legal support for the development, acquisition, financing, and execution of large-scale projects, including a major LNG and natural gas project. Additionally, she has extensive experience in consulting, private equity, venture capital, and asset management.
Alliana holds a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from the University of Houston Law Center and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She also studied International Arbitration at the National University of Singapore, NUS School of Law, where she received a graduate diploma in International Arbitration. Alliana is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in London and a certified mediator and arbitrator in Texas.
